If the correct product is delivered and you have a size or color issue, we offer 1 FREE exchange per order.
Your new garment will be dispatched the same day once the exchange is initiated, and our delivery partner will collect the old garment from your address within 7 days.
Exchange is valid only within 7 days of delivery.
Garment must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
❌ No Returns on Correctly Delivered Products
We do not accept returns if the product was delivered correctly as per your order.
Only exchange is possible for size or color concerns.
🚫 Wrong Delivery Cases
If we deliver a wrong product or incorrect size, we will take full responsibility and offer free return or exchange.
In such cases, please share an unboxing video for proof — returns without proof may be rejected.
📦 Shipping Responsibility
For exchanges, MeeraSetu will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 7 days of delivery.
Your replacement piece will be shipped the same day the exchange request is confirmed.
In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, we may request you to courier the product — the shipping cost will be reimbursed.
