✔ Free Exchange on Correctly Delivered Products

If you receive the correct garment but need a different size or color, we offer 1 FREE exchange per order.
Your new garment will be dispatched within 48 hours of your exchange request, and the old garment will be picked up from your address within the same 48-hour window.

Exchange is valid within 7 days of delivery and the product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

❌ No Returns on Correctly Delivered Products

If the product delivered matches your order and is not defective, we do not offer returns.
Only exchange is applicable for size or color concerns.

🚫 Wrong / Defective / Mismatched Product Cases

If you receive a wrong item, defective piece, or a product that does not match the website, we take full responsibility.
You are eligible for a free return or free replacement.

To process this, please share a clear unboxing video as proof.
Claims without proof may be rejected.

📦 Reverse Pickup & Shipping Responsibility

For all approved exchanges or wrong-item cases:

• Reverse pickup will be arranged by MeeraSetu within 48 hours

• Your replacement item will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation

• In rare situations where pickup is unavailable in your area, we may request you to courier the item.
  Any such shipping cost will be fully reimbursed.
